Crockpot Chicken Vegetable Soup - Genuis recipe

INGREDIENTS: 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 2 (14-1/2 oz) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained 2 cups thinly sliced carrots 1-1/2 cups chopped onions 2 tsp oregano leaves 1-1/2 tsp rosemary leaves, finely crushed 1-1/2 tsp thyme leaves 1 tsp sea salt 4 cups water 1 cup uncooked no yolk egg noodles 1 tbsp olive oil DIRECTIONS: 1. Place chicken, tomatoes, carrots, onions, oregano, rosemary, thyme and salt into slow cooker. Pour the water over top. Cover. 2. Cook 4 hours on HIGH. Stir in noodles and oil. Cover. Cook another 15 minutes on HIGH or just until noodles are tender. Prep Time: 10 Minutes. Cooking Time: 4 Hours 15 Minutes.
